We understand that entering a vehicle or cash sweepstakes requires trust. You should be able to understand who operates the promotion, how entries are handled, how a winner is selected, and what happens after the drawing.

This page brings that information together. It does not replace the Official Rules for any promotion. The Official Rules are the controlling document and include the eligibility requirements, entry period, entry methods, prize details, odds disclosure, drawing process and other legally required terms.

The short version

• No purchase is necessary to enter or win.

• A purchase does not increase a person's chance of winning beyond the number of valid entries received through the applicable entry method.

• Each eligible entry is included in the applicable drawing as described in the Official Rules.

• Synister Speed does not personally choose a preferred customer, follower or entrant as the winner.

• The random drawing and winner-verification process are administered by Shared Sweeps LLC.

• A person is not confirmed as the winner until eligibility and compliance with the Official Rules have been verified.

• We publish documented winner information with the winner's consent and as permitted by the Official Rules and applicable law.

How our sweepstakes work

1. We publish the promotion and its Official Rules

Every sweepstakes has a defined entry period, eligibility requirements, prize description, entry instructions and drawing procedure. Read the current Official Rules before entering.

2. Entrants receive entries through approved methods

Depending on the promotion, entries may be available through an eligible purchase and through a free alternative method of entry. Every entry must comply with the Official Rules. Entries that are late, incomplete, automated, fraudulent or otherwise ineligible may be disqualified.

3. Eligible entries go into the applicable drawing

After the entry period closes, entries are reviewed and processed according to the Official Rules. If the promotion uses a shared entry pool, that fact and the participating structure should be disclosed in the Official Rules and explained on our How Shared Sweepstakes Work page.

4. A random drawing identifies a potential winner

Shared Sweeps LLC conducts the drawing using a Randomized Computer Drawing. Synister Speed does not select a winner based on purchase amount, social following, personal story, location or relationship with our team.

5. The potential winner is verified

The person initially selected is a potential winner until the administrator confirms eligibility and required documentation. Verification may include age and residency confirmation, identity checks, an affidavit of eligibility, liability/publicity releases where lawful, and tax documentation.

6. The confirmed winner chooses or receives the prize

The available prize options and any deadlines or conditions are governed by the Official Rules. Prize delivery timing can vary based on verification, title work, transportation, taxes and the winner's timely completion of required documents.

Protect yourself from impersonators

Scammers sometimes impersonate sweepstakes companies or our team. Synister Speed will never require a potential winner to send payment by gift card, cryptocurrency, wire transfer or peer-to-peer payment simply to claim a prize.

If you receive a suspicious message, do not send money or sensitive information. Contact us directly through [our official contact page] and include a screenshot of the message.
