**FIRST GIVEAWAY SHIPPING NOTICE **

We only sell premium, custom, and unique products. You deserve the best we can offer. For those reasons we are not doing any drop shipping of cheap/generic apparel and accessories like most companies when they start off. That is a disservice to you and your hard earned money. We ask for your patience and understanding as we will be doing bulk orders every 30 days for sold products as we figure out our demand for specific products and sizes. This gives us the time to dial in our processes and logistics in a healthy way so we can maintain the quality and integrity of our products. There will be a 4-10 week lead time from order submitted to delivery at your door. Some products will be quick as those manufactures produce and customize the products in house and we can ship them out as soon as we receive them. Other products will take longer as we have to take them to our network of local small business for final customization and quality assurance. Orders typically ship within 3-7 business days!

Orders placed Friday-Sunday will begin processing on Tuesday.

Each customer will be provided with a tracking number which updates generally within 2-3 days after the USPS receives package, allowing you to follow the progress of your package.

If for any reason there is a delay or inability to ship your order, you will be contacted via phone or email as soon as possible by one of our representatives.

Digital Items

There is no returns or refunds available on digital products. If a digital product has not been received please contact customer service imediately.

Pre-Order Items

Pre-orders are items that are not currently in-stock, but that are expected to be available for purchase at a later date.
Items marked as PRE-ORDER will ship on their specified date, which can be found in the description.
If you submit a pre-order, the item will be reserved for you and mailed out as soon as the item is stocked in our warehouse.
Orders containing a PRE-ORDER item will be shipped complete, other items in this order will be shipped together with the pre-order items at the same time.
We will notify you via email at the time of shipment.
